This technique uses a powered wand to vibrate the fatty tissue, breaking it into smaller pieces so that it is easier to remove, and it minimizes the damage to the blood vessels in the area.

After performing local tumescent anesthesia in the target area, we access the fat through tiny incisions, then we insert a proprietary cannula to access the fat. We start with the innovative technique called S. A. F .E. This technique consists of 3 steps:

• S: or fat Separation: Using the VIBRASAT® PRO, we can Gently and homogenously Separate

• A: for Aspiration and removing the fat layer by layer starting with the deep fat layer, middle-fat layer then superficial Fat layer.

• EF: for Fat equalization. Here we focus on the superficial fat layer. At this step, we do not suction the fat, rather we spread it evenly to create a thin cushion under the skin. This final step is crucial. It prevents any evenness or indentation caused by the skin adhering to the underlying tissues.
