A Conversation with Dr. Sam Assassa

What is the most exciting aspect of your job?

Aesthetic medicine is an extremely pleasurable and rewarding specialty. I love what I do with passion. What I provide my clients with the latest non-surgical services that can improve their physical look with minimal down time. But the most rewarding part of my job is the spiritual uplifting that I can give to my clients.

What are the biggest reasons that your patients chose you?

My practice is centered on customized services. I give my clients the personalized attention they deserve and the latest aesthetic and non-surgical options available to give them the opportunity to look and feel their best. I am always staying one step ahead by constantly acquiring groundbreaking training on the most cutting-edge procedures taught by the world's leading aesthetic medicine and non-surgical cosmetic experts.

What are some examples of positive feedback that you have received from your patients?

Here is a testimonial from one of our patients:

“I want to thank you for my amazing mesotherapy experience. To my surprise, the mesotherapy was painless and thanks to the cooling treatment, I had very little swelling. Even after my first session, I noticed an immediate and significant difference. Not only was my cellulite going away but fat was also melting away. After my last session the cellulite was completely gone; the mesotherapy made it disappear. Finally there is a solution that works and women do not have to suffer from cellulite issues anymore.

Dr. Assassa, I want to commend you for your skill and talent. I am forever grateful for helping me attain the body I want. Many women that I know waste their time and money with other doctors and get no results. To any patient who is thinking of getting mesotherapy; My advice to you is listen to Dr. Assassa and let the magic happen!” – Amy.

Which procedure is the most popular with your patients?

Mesosculpting (melts localized fat and sculpts the body), mesofacelifting (rejuvenates and improves jawling and wrinkles), mesohair (may replace hair transplants), and the most rewarding is the non-surgical facelift procedure called “Cosmolift.”

How extensive is your training?

Since 1995, I have been exclusively practicing aesthetic medicine in Beverly Hills, Calif. I'm an associate member of the American College of Physicians, a member of the American Aesthetic Medicine Association, University-affiliated hospitals, and in Cleveland at Case Western University-affiliated hospitals.

When patients are choosing a doctor for cosmetic surgery, what are the most important factors they should keep in mind?

Innovation, focus, experience, confidence, honesty, and integrity. I pride myself on being a specialist versus a generalist by focusing exclusively on non-surgical aesthetic and cosmetic procedures.

Please explain the two newest procedures that you specialize in.

The Cosmo-Face-Lift™ is quickly becoming the face-lift of the future. It is a simple procedure that offers quick results, easy recovery, and subtle lift without surgery. Sutures are placed under the skin to do the lifting without cutting. This in-office procedure requires no anesthesia and takes only 30 minutes to complete. The result of lifting is immediate. Superior and more noticeable to FeatherLift and ThreadLift, the Cosmo-Face-Lift™ is the perfect alternative to people who would not consider a traditional facelift or those not quite ready.

MesoSculpting™ is a non-invasive procedure that is very successful in reducing localized fat such as tummy bulge, love handles, double chin, eye fat pads, and cellulite. It’s particularly effective for those who find liposuction “too much” or those who have had liposuction and now find fat depositing in other areas. The procedure consists of a series of painless injections of “fat-burning” vitamins, minerals, medications, and amino acids, directly into the mesoderm under the surface of the skin where the treatment is needed. Normally it takes two to three sessions to achieve ultimate results. Both procedures are minimally invasive.
