This is a common annoying problem. You can prevent the breakout by applying ice and using antibacterial lotion after waxing or threading. Keep area clean by washing the face with Neutrogena acne wash (contains salicyiic acid). If the breakout is bad, then you might consider taking an oral antibiotic ( minocycline) the day of waxing or threading and for two days after. For a permanent solution, consider getting laser hair removal therapy done. It may help slowing the hair growth, and eventually getting rid of facial hair permanently. Please, take advantage of our Holiday special posted on our website http://www.bhaesthetics.com/holiday-specials/. Hi Brettney. Yes, this is called fat transfer or fat grafting. Fat transfer can provide beautiful, natural-looking results. The technique involves removing fat from one part of the body such as the thigh and painlessly injecting it in the same individual in another part of the body thus reducing the risks of an allergic reaction. The donor area will be anesthetized using a local anesthesia, and then the fat is harvested using small syringes. It is then prepared to be immediately injected into the areas to be treated. Excess fat can be frozen for future fat transfer procedures.Patients usually feel some discomfort during the harvesting and a slight stinging sensation when the fat is injected. You may have swelling and bruising at the site afterward but any minimal pain can usually be controlled with oral medication.
Most patients do need to come in for additional treatments from time-to-time, but much of the fat that is transplanted will remain permanently, so fewer repeat treatments are necessary as compared to other procedure.
If you are interested in our fat transfer services, please call us at 1-(888) 349-2069 to set up a complimentary consult with me. Best, Sam Assassa, MD

ANSWER:
The best treatment is not laser as the laser energy does not get absorbed by gray hair. Electrolysis is the best option.
Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Lauren: Thank you for your inquiry. You may need to have lipo correction, by either shifting the fat from one area to the adjacent area that has a defect (valley) or by transferring fat to the area where the defect is present, or the combination of the above and liposculpting to correct the contour and remove the bumps that could represent fat left behind, poor sculpting or scarring. Please call our offices at 1-(888) 349-2069 to schedule a complimentary consult with me, so I can assess your condition and see what can be done to improve your lipo imperfections.
